IF both of us are with clients and we have taken a mobile reservation upstairs just before treatment, or if you book between 8 pm and 8 a.m we probably will not have Synchronised! SO Please YOU MUST TEXT OR CALL TO ENSURE WE ARE AVAILABLE, DON'T JUST TURN UP! We may not be available due to synchronisation not being updated or system failure so this booking calendar may not be 100% up to date! CALL OR TEXT before making your plans.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please, please give us plenty of notice. No shows cost us £100's of pounds each week and 20 plus hours of wasted time.
